And, in most of the cases we stand perfectly on our aspirations.As we are used to perform every task in a systematic way at Lenstrapath, we usually face lesser amount of refund calls and project abandonment than our fellow competitors in our niche. Though, some guidelines regarding the same have been listed down below

>The refund policies of Lenstrapth Technologies depend on the service that you avail.

>If we have already processed a refund, we deduct the exact same amount proportional to the work done prior to the scenario.

>Service charges or installation charges are not refunded for any service availed.

>The amount paid against the tax to authoritative bodies shall not be refunded.

>In any case of violated terms and conditions, you do not stand eligible for any refund as well as the service agreement also gets canceled from our end.

>In the cases of third party involvements, on the off chance that any sort of payment delay or service interference occurs, the client does not stand eligible for any refund.

Cancellation Policy

You can just put the cancellation request forward for any specific service that you have experienced from us within 7-10 days of the pre-formed service agreement through prescribed cancellation. You can also just place a mail at our address i. e., sales@lenstrapath.com company time to initiate the cancellation.

>We do not accept cancellation requests for the services that were associated along side promotional offers.
>We do not entertain cancellation orders regarding domain name registration or domain name transfer.
>According to our policy, your service agreement gets canceled if you do not make the forthcoming payment within 10 business days.
>If, in any case, you cancel the project the fees paid would not be refunded.
